Abby Aycock is a licensed dental hygienist who graduated from Pensacola State College. Abby has been working in the dental field for 5 years, and has extensive expertise in Periodontics. During her time outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, shopping, working out, and going to the beach. Abby was born in the Birmingham area where she still resides with her husband of 3 years, Alex.
Dilma Carter has been with Dr. Blackwell’s team since December 2014 and serves as the Office Manager. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University. Dilma enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Together they enjoy serving at Church of the Highlands with Missions, First Saturday Outreaches, and Small Groups.
Leah Davis is a certified dental assistant and has been assisting for over two years. She attended Jefferson State Community College and plans on attending hygiene school. Leah is a native of Hueytown and married her husband, Morgan, in October 2016. She loves photography, exploring the latest makeup trends, and playing with her dog, Jack.
Nicole LaBrake is a licensed dental hygienist who greets every patient with a friendly smile and bubbly personality. Nicole has experience treating patients of all ages, including children. She joined Dr. Blackwell's team in January 2012. Nicole is originally from Potsdam, New York and received her diploma and certification from Broome Community College in Binghamton, New York. She enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs, and her fiancé.
Kourtney Ledbetter is a licensed dental hygienist who joined Pearly White Dentistry in February 2016. She attended the University of Alabama where she received her dental hygienist license. Kourtney enjoys caring for patients of all ages, including children. She and Dr. Blackwell have worked together for over five years. Kourtney enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities with her dog Marlowe, taking care of her chickens, and is an Oregon Ducks football fan.
Rylee Martin has been a part of the Pearly White team since November 2016. She greets every patient as they walk through the door with a friendly smile and a welcoming personality. Rylee is a Birmingham native, and attended the University of Alabama where she studied Communications and Hospitality Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, kickboxing, going to the lake, and watching Alabama football.
